What is supportCo-Ordination?
Support Co-Ordination is a service that works with participants of the NDIS to help them make the best use of their NDIS plan. They do this by helping you:

Understand your plan

Use your plan to work towards achieving your goals

Providing referrals to Allied Health Professionals. Such as Physiotherapy and Speech Pathology

Support Co-Ordination may be included as a part of your NDIS plan. If this is the case, there will be funding provided for you to access a support coordinator.

Meet our Co-Ordinator's
"Hi,
Casey and Jess here, and we are Northaven’s Coordinator of Supports (COS).
As Cos we are both very passionate about our role in helping our participants reach their NDIS plan goals by empowering our participants and their families with information for them to make their own independent decisions with their NDIS plan. We connect our participants with NDIS providers that are best suited for the participant and help them make connections within the community.
We both consider our role as very rewarding and enjoy building relationships with the participants and their families and seeing our participants reach their goals.
